So I can't figure out why I'm not any better at yoga yet.

I've been going 2-3 times a week (OK, well, when I was sick I only went once). And I still find it difficult.

It takes a lot of motivation to go because I know it's going to hard, sweaty work. But at least I'm not so sore afterwards. That's a step in the right direction.

Of course, I could practice more on my own. But I know I'm a pansy and won't push myself.

Still, I need to practice more often so that I can become the serene, balanced, tightly muscled woman that I'm striving to be.
